Rust Engineer
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Rust engineer to build high-performance systems and infrastructure tooling. You'll work on core infrastructure components, developer tools, and backend services that power modern cloud-native applications.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement high-performance systems in Rust
- Build infrastructure tooling and CLI applications
- Develop backend services and APIs
- Optimize performance-critical code paths
- Write robust, well-tested, and documented code
- Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 1+ years of production Rust experience
- Strong understanding of systems programming concepts
- Experience with async/await, multithreading, and concurrency
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of networking protocols and distributed systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies
Nice to Have
- Contributions to open-source Rust projects
- Experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Background in C, C++, or Go
- Experience building CLI tools or developer tooling
Platform Engineer
About the Role
We're seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain our infrastructure platform. You'll work on Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and internal developer platforms that enable engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably.
What You'll Do
- Design and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
- Develop internal developer platforms and tooling
- Set up and maintain observability stack (metrics, logs, traces)
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Handle incident response and on-call rotations
- Optimize costs, performance, and reliability
Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering experience
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (deployment, operations, troubleshooting)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Bash)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Deep understanding of Linux systems and networking
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance
- Contributions to CNCF or infrastructure open-source projects
- Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Background in SRE practices and incident management
- Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures
